We used the blue rug that you liked as an inspiration for the space. The painting is abstract using the same blue color, with the pop of pink that you like. I think the TV would work best mounted on the wall above the wide dresser. I know you asked for a tufted chair, so I gave you a few options (below), but personally, I really like how this blue chair ties into the space. We kept pretty much the same over all layout, since there is really only one wall the bed will work on. Also, we thought the airy, white window treatments you currently have are perfect, so we didn't replace them.

I suggested Benjamin Moore Beach Glass for a paint color. You could paint your room in two ways:
1st option: paint your walls Beach Glass and keep your trim/ceiling white
2nd option: paint your ceiling Beach Glass and keep your walls, trim and beams white
I kind of like the 2nd option better because it's more interesting, but both would look great!
