Over-budget! Sorry :\ And this doesn't include window treatments, since I wasn't sure which one you wanted to go with. You could always go with some of the cheaper alternatives I listed to keep the budget down ;)
PAINT
Hale navy is a great navy color! But I might wait until you get the bed first and then color match it. Or you could paint your current bed hale navy.
So I thought it would be cool if you painted all the trim (and doors) in the room hale navy and the walls bright white. But if that's too dramatic for you guys, you could just paint over the green part with navy. That might work better too, if you're worried about the white showing dirt and wear.
